Where the process starts

Call our free Probate helpline on 0845 126 0891 to discuss your requirements with one of our Probate specialists. Where appropriate, we will make an appointment for one of our Probate Consultants to visit you at home or anywhere else of your choosing. At that meeting we gather all of the relevant information and provide a fixed price quote for our services. There is no charge for this meeting and it’s entirely your decision whether to use our services or not – you are under no obligation whatsoever. We even offer you a seven day 'cooling off' period after you decide to appoint us.

One point of contact

Once we are appointed, you will have your own dedicated case manager who will assume responsibility for managing every aspect of estate administration and as such, will have all the facts at their fingertips. We will keep you fully informed - in a clear no-nonsense manner - throughout the process.

No unpleasant financial surprises

We are sufficiently confident in our skills that we always quote a fixed and all-inclusive fee at the outset. So no matter how complex the Probate process may become (and providing all the information given to us is complete and correct) our fee will remain the same.

This means you can call us whenever and however often you like, without the fear of a ticking meter in the background.

A comprehensive service

Having established the estate’s assets and liabilities and obtained a Grant of Probate, we will then distribute the balance of the assets in line with the will. Once Probate has been completed we will provide full estate accounts - interim accounts are available at any stage. As professional executors, we will provide a guarantee that all the executor’s legal and financial liabilities will be met. This guarantee is underwritten with Professional Indemnity Insurance. If a property or properties need to be sold, we will handle the whole transaction to get the best price and minimise any associated fees.
