Once we are appointed, you will have your own dedicated Case Manager who will assume responsibility for managing every aspect of Estate Administration. They will have all the facts at their fingertips and will keep you fully informed, in a clear no-nonsense manner, throughout the process.

No unpleasant financial surprises
We are so confident in our expertise and processes that we always quote a fixed and all-inclusive fee at the outset. No matter how complex the Probate process may become (and providing all the information given to us is complete and correct) we guarantee that our fee will remain the same.
You can call your Case Manager however often you like, without the fear of a ‘ticking meter’ for our time.
A comprehensive service
Having established the Estate’s assets and liabilities and obtained a Grant of Probate, we will then distribute the balance of the assets in line with the Will. Once Probate has been completed we will provide full estate accounts - interim accounts are available at any stage.
