MEET THE TEAM
It is our professional and efficient team that enables us to deliver such swift Probate resolution and remove the stress and worry for our clients.
As a business, we have a policy of plain-English and avoiding jargon where possible, so you can talk to us informally and we will happily clarify anything you do not understand.
We are committed to continuous improvement and investing in our people. As such, we have an in-house trainer and all of our staff have also undergone a course in bereavement training.
The Probate Support Team
When you first make contact with us, you will speak to a member of our Probate Support Team. They will talk you through the process and work with you to understand the scale and complexity of the Deceased’s Estate, at which point they will either arrange a visit from one of our Probate Consultants, or give you the advice that you need in order to manage Probate yourself.
Case Managers
Once you have appointed us as Executor and/or to manage your Probate application, you will be assigned one of our dedicated Case Managers, who will manage every aspect of the Estate Administration and Probate.
The Case Managers work closely with the legal, tax and administration teams, so they have all the facts at their fingertips and will keep all parties fully informed, in clear plain English, throughout the process.
In addition, you are welcome to discuss matters with a member of the Executive team at any time.
The Executive team
William is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years financial experience both in the UK and overseas. Prior to establishing Kings Court Trust Corporation he was Senior Vice President of a major international corporation based in South East Asia.
William's commercial expertise and financial background ensures that Kings Court’s administrative and accounting processes are as rigorous and efficient as possible.
Christine is responsible for sales and marketing at Kings Court. She has over 20 years experience in business development and sales management, and has held senior positions in leading companies in the legal, IT and business services sectors.

Jerry has overall responsibility for all of Kings Court’s operations, tax, legal and finance teams. Jerry is an FCA with many years management experience in professional service businesses operations and finance. Jerry has held senior board positions since 1989 in several leading business service companies.
Andrea spent the first four years of her post qualification legal career working in private legal practice, specialising in all aspects of private client work. This experience means that she has a broad knowledge of the law and broader issues surrounding Probate matters and is able to advise clients on all of the wide ranging aspects of Estate Administration.
Andrea is a member of the Society for Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Tim is Head of Operations at Kings Court and is responsible for the day to day management of our Probate services. With over 15 years of operational and project management experience whilst working at the BBC, and more recently, Intercall Conferencing, Tim uses his wealth of practical management skills to ensure our teams deliver outstanding customer care.
Nick worked at Kings Court's sister company Title Research for 11 years and brings a wealth of experience, especially with regard to problem estates. Nick’s responsibilities include business development and helping our alliance partners maximise the commercial opportunities we can offer them.
Probate Consultants
After our Probate Support Team has established the scale and complexity of the estate, they will set up a home meeting with one of our Probate Consultants.
We operate nationally, and our network of Consultants all offer the highest levels of service; they will make the process as clear as they can and most importantly, they are easy to talk to.
