Name: Linda Packard

Linda is a solicitor and Sloan Fellow of The London Business School with over 25 years' legal experience. She was the first chief executive of a set of Tax Chambers and has been both joint chair of WIG (Women's Interest Group) and secretary to Committee 10 of The International Bar Association. Linda is also a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP)

Linda’s combined legal and business experience has allowed Kings Court to create and implement new approaches to Probate whilst maintaining the highest legal standards.

William is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years' financial experience both in the UK and overseas. Prior to establishing Kings Court Trust Corporation he was Senior Vice President of a major international corporation based in South East Asia.

William's commercial expertise and financial background ensures that Kings Court’s administrative and accounting processes are as rigorous and efficient as possible. He is a member of the Society of Will Writers.

David is the Sales and Marketing Director. He has been responsible for the design of innovative marketing strategies that have contributed to Kings Court’s growth. Previously David was National IFA Sales Manager at Eagle Star.

David's detailed knowledge of financial services, has enabled Kings Court Trust Corporation to develop unique partnerships with both IFAs and will writers.

Andrea is a solicitor who spent the first four years of her post qualification legal career working in private legal practice, specialising in all aspects of private client work.  This experience means that she has a broad knowledge of the law and broader issues surrounding Probate matters and is able to advise clients on all of the wide ranging aspects of Estate Administration.

Andrea is a member of the Society for Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Tim is Head of Operations at Kings Court and is responsible for the day to day management of our Probate services. With over 15 years of operational and project management experience whilst working at the BBC, and more recently, Intercall Conferencing, Tim uses his wealth of practical management skills to ensure our teams deliver outstanding customer care.

Ian as Head of Business Development is responsible for development of new and existing sales strategies in line with Kings Court’s growth plans. Previously Ian was Head of Field Account Management with leading business post provider DX and worked as a National Account Manager and Field Sales Manager for Ernest and Julio Gallo winery and Pernod Ricard wines and spirits.
