We specialise in Probate. We are established experts in the field and our in-house team includes qualified accountants, Solicitors and tax experts, so you can recommend us with complete confidence.

This is our core business.  We have robust and innovative processes in place to ensure that we apply for and obtain the Grant of Probate as swiftly as possible, whether it is straightforward or a complex case.

We charge a fixed fee, which is specified from the outset.  Unlike other Probate Practitioners, there is no ‘ticking meter’ and we do not charge for disbursements.

Every client has a dedicated Case Manager, who is accessible throughout the Probate process and has had bereavement training.  We also issue monthly progress reports as standard, ensuring that all parties remain fully informed.

We are a national organisation, operating at a local level.  Our network of consultants spans the country, so we can offer a personal, localised service.
