All of our staff have bereavement training and understand the importance of adopting the right approach for the circumstances based on your clients’ needs and comfort levels - we will always ensure they feel in control throughout the Probate process. For example, once our contract is signed, we provide a 7-day cooling off period in case circumstances change.

Once we are appointed, your client is assigned a dedicated case manager who looks after them throughout the process, keeping them fully informed in clear plain English every step of the way.
