COOLING OFF & COMPLAINTS

By signing and returning this letter you are entering into a binding contract. You have seven days from the date of signing to change your mind and revoke the instruction without charge. After this time period we will allow you to withdraw providing you pay our costs to date based on the time spent on the basis of £140 per hour.

If you have any complaints about the way we have or are handling the Estate please write to The Customer Services Manager, Kings Court Trust Corporation plc, Kings Court, Bath, BA1 1ER or ring on 0845 126 0891. We will supply a copy of our complaints procedure on request or on receipt of a complaint.

The terms of the contract are subject to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and the Money Laundering Regulations 1993 and 2003. The contract will be governed by English Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. TC1204
