Kings Court Trust Corporation was established in 2002 when we set out to find 'a better way' of doing Probate. We are approachable and professional and we avoid the 'ticking meter' approach to legal bills. We believe that customers have the right to know how much a service will cost right at the beginning.
Our core service is Probate and we offer a multi-discipline approach comprising in-house, specialist legal, accounting, tax and property experts working alongside the Case Managers, who look after our clients on a day-to-day basis.
Based in the Georgian city of Bath, our modern, open-plan offices create a friendly and professional working environment.

As well as Probate, we offer support for clients who need to sell a property or who are looking to reduce their IHT liability by using a Nil Rate Band Discretionary Trust or Instrument of Variation.
